TERMS & CONDITIONS

BY MAKING A BOOKING FOR A STAY AT THE DOCKLANDS LODGE LONDON YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH YOUR BOOKING.

GENERAL

Your contract is with DOCKLANDS LODGE LONDON LTD. The general terms and conditions herein together with the Privacy Policy, Booking and Cancellation policy. Fee Schedule & Hotel Schedule and Add-Ons as available on the DOCKLANDS LODGE Website (collectively, as may be varied, amended and/or supplemented from time to time, these “Terms and Conditions”) and the booking confirmation issued by DOCKLANDS LODGE confirming your booking (“Booking Confirmation”) shall constitute a legally binding contract between you and DOCKLANDS LODGE and shall be further supplemented by the internal rules and regulations that apply specifically to the Hotel where you have booked your stay.

In these Terms and Conditions, the words “we” or “us” “hotel” “lodge” “company” means DOCKLANDS LODGE and its employees, officers, agents, suppliers and vendors, and use of the words “you” or “guest/guest(s)” means any and all persons for whom a room is booked or who stays at a Hotel.

BOOKINGS

Bookings may be made online at http://docklandslodge.co.uk (“DOCKLANDS LODGE WEBSITE”), search-engine or travel-agents. You must have a registered account on the DOCKLANDS LODGE Website in order to make a booking.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by major credit cards or online bank transfers. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process on our DOCKLANDS LODGE Website.

Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Lodge, and if you are a non-UK resident, together with your original valid photo identification document (national registration identity card, passport, driver’s licence or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require). If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact us via the DOCKLANDS LODGE Website, (Please refer to contact us) or email to [email protected] or call us on +44 02079879904

Credit card bookings made within five (5) days prior to check-in date will require presentation of the credit card used for payment of the booking during check-in. Failure to do so may delay your check-in process.

The ‘Guest’ named in the Booking Confirmation must be the person staying at the Lodge. However if a different person is staying that must be informed to the DOCKLANDS LODGE prior to arrival by the person who made the booking, over the phone or via email. All the details required by Docklands Lodge should be provided and the payment should be made prior to the check-in. Docklands Lodge has the right to ask for proof of identity in such cases.

ROOM RATES

Room rates shown on the DOCKLANDS LODGE Website are charged on a per room per night basis. Meals and Add-Ons are not included.

Room rates are inclusive or VAT . These will be charged at the prevailing rates and are payable in the currency country where the Lodge is located (U.K).

Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

DOCKLANDS LODGE ROOMS

DOCKLANDS LODGE room types are as follows and may vary in time to time:

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES & WHEELCHAIR USERS

The DOCKLANDS LODGE offers modified facilities for guests with disabilities and wheelchair. We offer assisted access to the hotel and level access to Disabled Access Public Areas, Disabled Access Bedrooms and Bathrooms, Disabled toilets on ground floor, Wheelchair Access to Reception and Restaurant.

Guests with restricted mobility or other particular requirements should inform The DOCKLANDS LODGE in advance. Please call us directly for details. The DOCKLANDS LODGE has adopted the following principles:  

The following amenities are available:

Room service (on request), TV, towels, mini-bar, safe, tea or coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board (on request), hair-dryer (on request).

Please note that we will endeavour to meet all room requests, however, these cannot be guaranteed. Room allocation is completed the night prior, and all requests will be taken into consideration during this process.

Additional amenities are available but are not included in room price. They are optional amenities which can be purchased as Add-Ons. For more information, see Add-Ons section.

SMOKING

The DOCKLANDS LODGE practices a strict (“Non Smoking Policy”) throughout the premises; Smoking is prohibited in any part of the Hotel premises. Failure to comply with this policy shall entitle us to terminate your booking and stay at the Hotel at our sole discretion and you must leave the Hotel immediately without compensation or reimbursement. You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage incurred by DOCKLANDS LODGE, including without limitation any loss or damage to the Hotel room, premises or property or incurred by Hotel guests or third party, arising from your failure to comply with this policy and DOCKLANDS LODGE reserves the right to charge you for any such costs, loss or damaged incurred by DOCKLANDS LODGE or any guests or third party.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not bring or use the following in DOCKLANDS LODGE

The DOCKLANDS LODGE reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any room immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action or for any loss or damage caused to the Hotel room, premises or property or to any Hotel guests or third party as a result of your failure to comply with this policy.

The DOCKLANDS LODGE further reserves the right to ask you to leave the premises and remove your belongings from the room immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the room in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of, or cause damage and/or harm to the Hotel room, premises, the other Hotel guests, our staff or any other persons or the reputation of DOCKLANDS LODGE, without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you.

Check-in Rooms will be made available to check-in from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. Booked rooms will be held for check-in until 7:00 am the following day of the scheduled check-in date, after which the booking will be deemed cancelled upon no-show and DOCKLANDS LODGE shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests. No refunds will be provided for the cancelled booking.

Check-out Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure. If you check-out beyond the stipulated time, the DOCKLANDS LODGE reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional one (1) night’s stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility (luggage storage charges may apply) and deny you further access into the room. DOCKLANDS LODGE shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Payments made for bookings (including Add-Ons, if any) are non-refundable.

ChangesChange of Guest name on your booking is allowed if made three (3) full days or more before check-in date . Change of Guest name can be made online through our website or by phone.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy varies according to the rate that is booked.  Please refer to the individual full rate descriptions given at booking.

For rates marked as “Flexible Rate” - These are cancellable without charge up to 10.00 am local time on the day of arrival. Cancellation and non-arrival charges apply after the relevant time and will be charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of booking.  We reserve the right to charge for one night’s accommodation per room booked if the above cancellation requirements are not met.

For rates marked “Advance Saver” - We require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the Booking and this is non-refundable and the Booking non-changeable.  Prepayment is charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of the Booking.  Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, no changes or cancellation will be allowed for promotional bookings. Please read the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion carefully, which terms of promotion shall apply to the booking and shall be binding on you.

OPTIONAL FACILITIES

Luggage StorageLuggage storage is available only for guests currently staying with the Hotel to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out, at the Hotel’s option.

Each item of luggage will be tagged with a luggage identification tag and may only be retrieved by the bearer of the tag. If the tag cannot be produced during collection, we may nevertheless allow the luggage to be collected if the person claiming it can establish, to our satisfaction, his/her right or authority to collect the luggage and DOCKLANDS LODGE shall not be liable for any loss or damage for releasing the luggage accordingly.

Should your luggage or item remain unclaimed upon expiry of the maximum storage period allowed, DOCKLANDS LODGE reserves the absolute right and discretion to either continue storing the luggage (luggage storage charges shall continue to apply and you shall be liable for such charges) or to dispose of the luggage or item without any liability to you.

You use the Hotel luggage storage facilities at your own risk. DOCKLANDS LODGE will not be responsible for loss of or damage to the luggage, the contents therein or your personal belongings (including any valuables, even if we have been advised) during storage or during the disposal process however caused and you hereby release DOCKLANDS LODGE from any liability in respect thereof.

DAMAGE

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to DOCKLANDS LODGE premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. DOCKLANDS LODGE reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by DOCKLANDS LODGE as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, DOCKLANDS LODGE further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCOMMODATION

The DOCKLANDS LODGE reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The DOCKLANDS LODGE is responsible for providing the room(s) and Add-Ons stated in the Booking Confirmation(s) and according to these Terms and Conditions. We do not accept any liability for failure to provide the services contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, DOCKLANDS LODGE do not accept any liability arising out of any occurrences beyond its control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, flood, war, strikes, riot, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disaster, government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule (collectively, “Force Majeure”).

Without affecting any statutory consumer rights or other laws that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, DOCKLANDS LODGE will not be liable for loss of any kind whatsoever arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your booking, use of the DOCKLANDS LODGE Website or stay at the Hotel even if caused or contributed to by DOCKLANDS LODGE’S negligence, wrongful act / omission or breach of these terms and conditions or breach of duty or otherwise.

All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and DOCKLANDS LODGE will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through the DOCKLANDS LODGE Website or during your stay at the Hotel.

The DOCKLANDS LODGE will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property left in Guest’s room and/or the Hotel property at all times. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injury and money/valuable belongings.

The DOCKLANDS LODGE will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:

The fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or the fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your stay which we could not have predicted or avoided.

In addition, we will not be responsible where you do not enjoy your stay or suffer any problems because of a reason you did not inform us of when you made your booking or where any problems you suffer did not result from any breach of our contract or other fault of ourselves.

In the event of an insurance claim you must provide us and our insurers with any assistance we may reasonably require. You must also agree to cooperate fully with us and our insurers if we or our insurers want to enforce any rights which are transferred.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

The DOCKLANDS LODGE will retain all personal information you provide during booking. By making a booking with us or using the DOCKLANDS LODGE’S Website, you consent to our use and/or disclosure of your personal details.

The DOCKLANDS LODGE may, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary to use your details for the following purposes:

We may also be legally obliged to disclose, and you irrevocably consent to our disclosing, your personal information to government and enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies and public authorities or as may be required by law. We will use our best endeavours to use your personal information in the manner stated herein and will not otherwise disclose your personal information without your prior written consent.

SURVEILLANCE

In the public areas of The DOCKLANDS LODGE, CCTV is in operation and hard disk recordings may be made. This activity is carried out for the security of all its guests and staff.

CHANGES TO THE THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The DOCKLANDS LODGE reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the DOCKLANDS LODGE Website and/or change, amend, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions as made available on the DOCKLANDS LODGE Website. Please check the DOCKLANDS LODGE’S Website regularly for updates to these Terms and Conditions.

COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS

Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of the DOCKLANDS LODGE should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s Duty Manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time. If you are dissatisfied with the Duty Manger’s decision you must write to the Hotel Manager or MD of the DOCKLANDS LODGE, within 7 days of the end of the stay you have purchased from us giving your booking reference and full details of your complaint. We regret we cannot accept liability if you fail to notify the complaint or claim entirely in accordance with this clause.

Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this websiteWe kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotels it owns and as agent where a Booking is made for a hotel that it operates on behalf of the Hotel Owner.

 

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

 

1. Definitions

“Company” or ”we” or “us” “hotel” “lodge” means Docklands Lodge London Limited **(company registration no: 10054121) whose registered office is at 244 Poplar High Street, London. United Kingdom. E14 0BB.

“Booking” means the booking for accommodation or any other services or items made with us.

“Contract” means the Booking and these Terms, and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.

“Hotel” “Lodge” means the premises for which your Booking is made.

“You” or “Guest(s)/Guest(s)” means any and all persons for whom a room is booked or who stays at a Hotel.

“Terms” means these terms and conditions.

“Websites” means www.docklandslodge.co.uk

“VAT” means value added tax.

2. Bookings

All Bookings at the Hotel are subject to these Terms.

At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorize the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us.  We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services.  No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.

3. Charges

The prices displayed on the Websites are an average per night per room until a rate is selected.  Any meals, service or VAT (at the prevailing rate) are included only if specified.  A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified.  Once a rate is selected on the Websites, the total for your requested stay shall be displayed on the reservation summary.  Prices shall be charged in the local currency.

The VAT breakdown shown is indicative based on the current rate of VAT, and the expected VAT treatment of the goods or services.  VAT will be payable at the prevailing rate applicable at the tax point of the invoice or Booking confirmation issued, and may change depending on the actual rate and the VAT treatment of the goods and services purchased at that date.

Price lists for additional items, such as restaurant meals and room service are available on request.

4. Check-in/ Check-out Requirements

In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/identity card/driving license and a valid credit or debit card which will be swiped in the presence of the card holder.  If guests are travelling from outside the UK, Ireland or any country in the Commonwealth we are also obliged by law to require guests to provide the number and place of issue of your passport/identity card and details of their next destination. These records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or as otherwise required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crime.  The information above may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16 and we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.

Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in at any time from 2.00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival.  All rooms that have been secured by credit/debit card or prepaid at the time of booking will he held until 7:00 am the following day of the scheduled check-in date unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11.00 am (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking).  Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the Hotel.

5. Payment

 

We accept the following methods of payment: MasterCard, International Credit Card, Visa; debit cards - Visa/Delta and Visa/Electron. For advance purchase rates the card you booked with must be presented on arrival, along with the appropriate ID.

At the time of check-in we will authorise the accommodation charges (room rate, VAT and any service charge) and anticipated incidentals for the duration of your stay against your credit/debit card.  We may also choose to accept a deposit in place of payment card authorization by another valid form of payment, including cash or cheque.

During your stay the Hotel’s system will calculate the incidentals charged to your room on a daily basis.  If the cost of those incidentals exceeds the authorization taken on check-in, further authorization will automatically be requested and if such authorization is not available, we may request another method of settlement or a deposit to be provided, failing which we reserve the right to restrict access to your room.

All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel.  If the outstanding charges do not exceed the authorization taken on check-in, the authorization for the amount not utilized will be released, however, we cannot control how long it takes for your bank to effect such release.  If staying for multiple nights at the Hotel we may require you to make payment for any outstanding charges on a more frequent basis during your stay.

6. Cancellation Policy and No Shows

The cancellation policy varies according to the rate that is booked.  Please refer to the individual full rate descriptions given at booking.

Change of Guest name can only be made online through our website.

7. Changes or Cancellation by the Company

Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking.  In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation.  We will, however, use reasonable endeavors to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to the Hotel.

Your booking is for a class of room in the Hotel and does not guarantee that you will be able to stay in a specific room or in the same room for the duration of your stay. If you have indicated a preference for a particular room through a “choose your own room” facility on the Website, we will use our reasonable efforts to honor this preference. However, we may need to allocate an alternative room to you for operational or safety reasons. If we need to move you to a different room during your booking for which a lower rate is available than the rate you booked at, we will refund you the difference in the rates.

8. Damage

We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel by you or any person in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave. The DOCKLANDS LODGE further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

9. Accessibility

Dependent on your individual needs a selection of specifically designed rooms is provided at DOCKLANDS LODGE.

10. Guest Behavior

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety.  Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.  We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

11. No Smoking

The DOCKLANDS LODGE practices a strict (“Non Smoking Policy”) in rooms or public areas. Smoking is prohibited in any part of the Hotel premises. Failure to comply with this policy shall entitle us to terminate your booking and we may ask you to leave the Hotel immediately without compensation or reimbursement. You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage incurred by DOCKLANDS LODGE, including without limitation any loss or damage to the Hotel room, premises or property or incurred by Hotel guests or third party, arising from your failure to comply with this policy and we reserves the right to charge you for any such costs, loss or damaged incurred by DOCKLANDS LODGE or any guests or third party.

12. Children

All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Cots and extra beds are available; however, these are limited and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please check at the time of booking.

13. Pets

Pets or livestock are not allowed in the hotel; however, registered guide dogs are accepted with prior arrangement.

14. Personal Information

Telephone calls may be recorded from time to time to help us improve the service we offer you.

All personal information stored and used by us is done so in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are available on request or please see our website for more details.

15. Force Majeure

The Company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures. 

16. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the Hotel other than as required under the Hotel Proprietor’s Act 1956 and the Local London Authorities Act 2004 (a copy of the notice under such Acts is displayed in the reception of the Hotel) or any other applicable law. 

 

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or pure economic loss or any loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity (whether caused by the negligence of the Company, its employees, contractor or agents or otherwise). The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the charges received by it under the Contract.

 

Nothing contained in the Contract or in any other document referred to or incorporated in it shall be read or construed as excluding any liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

The Contract and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it are governed by English law.

 

The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with the Contract, including disputes relating to any non-contractual obligations.

 

Each party irrevocably waives any objection which it may now or later have to proceedings being brought in the English courts (on the grounds that the English courts are not a convenient forum or otherwise).

 

18. Web Site Information

While all reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on the Websites, the Company does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements featured on the Websites without notice. Please note that in certain circumstances, generic photographic images have been used to represent the general style of a particular product or hotel. 

 

The content of the Websites is the copyright of the Company, and may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or amended for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

We are located on Poplar High Street, which is in London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Walking distance from Canary Wharf, the financial capital of UK.
Perfect location for business and leisure based guests, approximately 100 yards from 3 Docklands Light Railway Stations (DLR), (Blackwell, Poplar and All Saint DLR Station).

12 minutes’ walk away from Museum of Docklands. The O2 Arena and The Excel Exhibition Centre are easily accessible with a 15-minute journey on the DLR.

London City Airport is just 3.2 km away and the famous Royal Greenwich Observatory 17 minutes away by DLR

What time can I check in?

From 2pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive before 2pm, then we will do our best to get your room ready right away.

When do I need to check out?

11 am, but if you do need a late check-out you can stay up to 4pm at a cost of just £10 per hour. This will depend on our daily occupancy, however we will try our best to honour your request.

Rooms & Breakfast:

Breakfast can be booked at the same time as you book your hotel room online, or if you prefer you can book breakfast at any time at the hotel.

We provide wide range of healthy breakfast buffets. If you do have any special dietary requirements, please do let us know before you arrive.

What are the dining facilities at the hotels?

At Docklands Lodge, we are passionate about our food quality and service and we trust you’ll have an enjoyable experience with us.

We offer to our guest a dining area with a capacity of 36 seating with an all-day dining menu and afternoon tea. We also offer a coffee bar area where fresh cakes and sandwiches are made and served all day long.

Our reliable and friendly Front Desk team here at The Docklands Lodge are at your service, throughout your stay with us. We not only know London inside out, we are here, whether you’re looking for ideas on a great day out will provide all the answers you need.

Can I store my luggage?

We would be pleased to store your luggage free of charge during your stay at the Docklands Lodge.

Airport transfers?

As soon as you’ve booked your stay at The Docklands Lodge, we see you as one of our valued guests. That’s why it’s no problem to arrange your transfers. We’ll arrange your pick up from any London airport and when you’re ready to depart, just let us know what time you need to go and we’ll sort out the transport for your departure. If you’re travelling by train, we’re also on call to arrange transfers to and from all London train stations. (Any bookings are chargeable).

What about parking?

The hotel does not have its own parking, but all the roads surrounding our hotel have on-street parking with Pay and Display bays (Mon to Fri, free after 5 pm.) Saturday and Sunday free whole day.

Afternoon Tea

The Docklands Lodge Afternoon Tea includes a selection of cakes, preserves and freshly made finger sandwiches accompanied by your choice of teas.

What is your cancellation policy?

For rates marked as “Flexible Rate” - These are cancellable without charge up to 10.00 am local time on the day of arrival. Cancellation and non-arrival charges apply after the relevant time and will be charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of booking.  We reserve the right to charge for one night’s accommodation per room booked if the above cancellation requirements are not met. For rates marked “Advance Saver” - We require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the Booking and this is non-refundable and the Booking non-changeable.  Prepayment is charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of the Booking.   Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment.

When will my credit card be charged?

Payment for a booking is processed within 48 hours of the booking being made.

As a reminder, here are the things you get absolutely _free: Purified water, Luxury toiletries & towels, use of IPad, Wi-Fi system for high-speed internet, Hospitality tray with tea and coffee, mini-fridge . We also provide Iron and Hair-dryer on request.

Fortunately for all of you who are brave enough to cycle in London while your stay, Docklands Lodge is the place.

We welcome cyclists, and we’re always here to make sure you get a good night’s sleep before a day on two wheels.

You can safely lock your bike away in one of our allocated bike-hut when you are not using it allowing you to relax and enjoy your time with us. We will even keep your bike safe for you when you’re not out riding.

Bikes are closely monitored by 24-hour security cameras.
